DB7 Help
Hello. My first AM, a real nice 97 DB7, was just dropped off to me today sans any manuals. I've contacted the fellow who has it on CD but until he can get back to me, can anyone tell me what the two buttons/switches next to the cigar lighter on the console are for? Thanks much.

If interested, these control the cruise control. Forward button is on/off, aft button is speed set. The "Resume" is on the light stalk.
Come on guys, start posting so this old codger can pick up some info!

Hi from Australia
I have a supercharged volante, 1999 and have owned it for 4 years. It has been fantastic but now has 95000kms on it. I do about 6000kms a year in it. I am thinking of buying a 2002 DB7 Vantage Volante with only 35000kms on the clock and full Aston Martin history. There is about $10,000.00 that I have to add as a change over is that a good thing to do or do I keep my own car?

Tony, from what I'm quickly learning, the newer the car the better overall support that is available. I'd say get as much car as you can. Good luck!

I have revoked, 1999 and have owned and operated it for 4 years. It is really awesome but now has 89000kms on it. I do about 9 - 10 thousand kilometers a year in it.

Hi to all, I just jumped up on this forum after 5 years of thinking about it. I have good info regarding the DB7 and am also looking for info and software. Looking at the dates of posts to this thread I can only assume that everyone died. I'm on other forums that have good participation. Aerome! Are you out there? GTOguru here hoping to not become an old codger too. OK here goes, Anyone know where I can get my hands on an AML CD# 13 disc for my Ford/Mazda WDS diagnostic system? Or does anyone have a copy of the AM DB7 disc they are willing to part with or copy for me. $

Those two buttons are for switching on and off and then setting the cruise controls. The button towards the rear of the car switches it on, the button towards the front sets the desired speed when you reach it.

Well. If you need fast and as specific as an answer without the car diagnostics could be, the only place to ask this question is here https://somespeed.com/ .It's usually how I solve all the car problems and look for new parts. Hope it helps you. It shouldn't take longer than a day for an accurate answer to appear.
